I have been purchasing prescription eyeglasses for many years now and have had my eye exams and purchased glasses at various locations, I have never received service that "tied" me down to one location or doctor until now. Dr. Moeinifar is so lovely and explains everything extremely thoroughly. The front desk staff are great as well. Special kudos to Anam for being a rockstar with my contact teach appointment! She was so patient and encouraging and made me feel so comfortable. I live in west Hamilton and was honestly considering changing optometrists after they moved from the mall location, but they are worth the extra drive!

Dr Combden is superb, the best. He's been my optometrist for many years now. i am working now with my new glasses on and oh man, what a difference, I am typing this with a smile on my face :). “Earlier last year I dealt with Spectrum Eye Care for the first time. I had been a regular client of my previous eye Dr. for over 20 years and had no intentions of looking elsewhere. Until I cracked my glasses. I have very poor vision and completely rely on my prescription. The problem was, I suffer from agoraphobia – a severe form of panic disorder that has left me completely housebound for the past 3 years. My husband took my broken pair to our regular eye Dr. and he refused to fill a new prescription unless I came in for an exam. My husband explained our situation and the Dr. got very nasty with him, and said no one out there would help us. Well, he was wrong. Spectrum Eye Care not only understood our situation, they did not hesitate for a second to fill a new prescription for me without even seeing me. It’s hard enough struggling with a mental illness, but to not have access to vital services (such as prescriptions I rely on) makes my life that much more difficult. We’d like to thank their amazing team, and would highly recommend them!”
